These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Universal Constraint Engine website at universalconstraintengine.net (the "Site"), operated by Bee Tree Holdings LLC ("BTH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about the Universal Constraint Engine technology and related intellectual property. You may browse the Site, read published research, and submit inquiries through provided forms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software descriptions, code examples, and documentation — is the property of Bee Tree Holdings LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

The Universal Constraint Engine and CSEN (Constraint-Driven Self-Emergent Neuron) are subject to pending patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content on the Site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from BTH.

3. Published Research

Research papers available through the Site are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), unless otherwise stated. You may share the papers with proper attribution, but you may not modify them or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Early Access and Communications

By submitting your email through the early access form, you consent to receive communications from BTH regarding UCE technology updates, licensing opportunities, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at btreeholdings@gmail.com.

5. No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BTH does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Technical specifications, performance claims, and projections are based on research and analysis and may not reflect final product capabilities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Zenodo, GitHub, and others). BTH is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any technology described on the Site
• Reproduce or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Site

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at btreeholdings@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be conducted in Nassau County, New York, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Nassau County, New York, provided the claim falls within that court's jurisdictional limits.

Class Action Waiver. All disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Venue. For any claims not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state courts located in Nassau County, New York, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
